UBP - Union Bancaire Privée is seeking an experienced IT Tooling / DevOps Specialist to enhance the IT tooling platform that supports the SDLC. You will join a 13-person team responsible for more than 15 DevOps and SDLC tools, including Git, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, and Ansible.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps tools experience, especially with Azure DevOps Jira, Ansible Automated Platform and Git.
• Strong experience designing and implementing DevOps solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to design solutions where no standard pattern exists.

Aufgaben

• Propose and implement enhancements to existing tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Ansible Automation Platform, Artifactory, ...
• Assess new features, plugins, integrations, and automation opportunities to improve developer experience and operational efficiency
• Define and maintain platform configuration standards, usage guidelines, governance models, and best practices
• Contribute to the onboarding and the support of users
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability, scalability, usability, security, and cost efficiency
• Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure tooling platforms remain aligned with enterprise standards and technology strategy
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the IT tooling roadmap.
