Belimo is seeking a Systems Architect to shape scalable architectures for embedded devices and to guide cross-domain integration across products. You will act as a technical authority and mentor teams while aligning stakeholders with architectural standards and strategic objectives.

You will translate requirements into architectural artifacts, define standardized interfaces, and drive continuous improvement of methodologies. Strong English communication and leadership are essential in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics or Robotics.
• Several years of experience in systems architecture for embedded devices.
• Strong expertise in hardware and cross-domain integration.
• Experience with architectural methods and MBSE tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions and align interdisciplinary stakeholders.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with architecture governance, standards and continuous improvement.
• Excellent English skills, strong communication and presentation abilities.
