Job summary

Orange Cyberdefense Switzerland recrute un System Security Engineer spécialisé datacenter pour rejoindre l’équipe Integration à Morges (VD). Vous concevez et déployez des infrastructures, principalement autour de Nutanix, Veeam, NetApp et VMware, en assurant sécurité, disponibilité et performance des environnements client.

Vous participerez aux activités d’audit, configuration et optimisation, au support L3, et à des tâches de pré-vente et de gestion de projets.

Qualifications

• Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent ainsi qu'une expérience en virtualisation et/ou sauvegarde et/ou stockage et/ou administration Microsoft.

In order to strengthen our delivery capabilities, we are currently looking for a System Security Engineer (all genders) specializing in datacenter solutions to join our Integration department, immediately or by arrangement.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

As a technical expert, you will be involved in various projects, designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, especially focused on the following technologies: Nutanix, Veeam, Netapp, VMWare, etc. Your tasks will include design, deployment, administration, fine tuning and optimization of these infrastructure solutions.

In this position, you will take part in activities such as:

• Architecture, design, implementation and audit of virtualization, backup and storage solutions

• Equipment configuration and deployment

• Contribution to pre-sales activities

• Project management

• L3 support

• Customer consulting and technical recommendations

• On-site at Customer several days per week

• Training and certifications

DESIRED PROFILE

• You hold a bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and already have professional experience in the virtualization and/or backup and/or storage and/or Microsoft Administration fields.

• You have a solid understanding of datacenter storage, virtualization and backup principles, associated protocols and technologies, as well as large enterprise infrastructures.

• You are willing to learn and evolve in a technically sharp and interesting environment, dealing with challenging and stimulating issues and can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• You are capable of monitoring systems trends and considering specific customers’ requirements in order to deliver advanced configurations and ensure that our solutions are designed and implemented to the highest standards.

• You have good spoken and written communication skills and can write useful documentation and reports. You can demonstrate initiative and work on projects with minimal supervision. Also, you are a team player with an open mind and a constructive mindset.

• You are fluent in French and are proficient in English. German knowledge will differentiate.

• You are Swiss Resident, have a driving license.

PLACE OF WORK

Main place of work is OCD’s offices in Morges (VD), Switzerland. Customers are in Suisse-Romande. Remote work possible.
