Zusammenfassung

Randstad Switzerland in Kreuzlingen (Canton Thurgau) seeks an experienced engineer for systems and vehicle development in the defense sector. You will lead requirements analysis and verification planning across the full lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Systems Engineering & Requirements Management: Responsible for requirements analysis and engineering, as well as verification planning and coordination throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Interdisciplinary Interface: Support in the development of complex vehicle systems and subsystems - from the initial concept phase to final on-site vehicle acceptance.
• Project & Risk Management: Organization, execution, and monitoring of technical project and risk management while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Quotation Process: Preparation of technical customer proposals and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders (domestic and international).

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering (University of Applied Sciences/ETH/University), or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in system or vehicle development and technical project management.
• Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in the military sector, defense industry, or special-purpose vehicle manufacturing.
• Tools & Software: Strong IT skills (MS Office); experience with tools such as IBM DOORS, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or SAP is a significant advantage.
• Languages: Business-fluent German (C1/C2) and very good English (B2/C1) - spoken and written.
