Zusammenfassung

KeyPartners is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager for a permanent role in the Swiss financial services sector, based in Geneva. You will lead regulatory compliance initiatives, advise on AML, FinSA, FinIA, AMLA and FMIA, and support audits within financial institutions.

The ideal candidate holds an MLaw / Master’s in Swiss Law with Swiss bar admission being advantageous, fluent French and English, and a proven ability to manage complex regulatory matters with autonomy and strong

Qualifikationen

• MLaw / Master’s degree in Swiss Law; Swiss bar admission is a strong advantage.
• Regulatory & Compliance experience within audit/consulting or banking/finance law.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework, FinSA, FinIA, AMLA and FMIA.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Autonomous, analytical and rigorous, with the ability to manage complex matters and support junior colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Conduct audits, prepare reports and support specialised audit teams within financial institutions.
• Advise financial institutions on AML, conduct rules, FinSA, cross-border and tax compliance, as well as broader legal and regulatory matters.
• Draft and review internal directives, contracts and processes.
• Contribute to consulting mandates and support clients across a range of regulatory and compliance topics.
