Job summary

Partners Group in Baar, Switzerland, invites applications for an Internship in Client Solutions (part of Business Development) covering the Swiss market. You will support client relationship managers, prepare tailored proposals, and coordinate with internal experts to deliver high-quality investment updates.

Ideal candidates have recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance or related field, internships in private markets, strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in private markets, consulting or investment banking.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a client-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Confidence in communicating with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail, as well as strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Supporting client relationship managers in preparing client meetings and due diligence sessions, including bespoke presentations and investment proposals.
• Preparing tailored responses to client requests and performance updates across asset classes.
• Coordinating with teams across the firm to gather key information and developments.
• Producing written market updates and summaries of investment activity.
• Coordinating input for requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Participating in business development initiatives, including market research and client meetings.
