You will work closely with the Head of Human Resources to ensure accurate payroll processing and efficient HR administration, taking ownership of responsibilities with a focus on numbers and confidentiality.

The role involves managing Swiss payroll, social insurances, tax withholding, HR documents, and support across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of hands-on Swiss payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll processes and social insurances.
• Excellent Excel skills and payroll systems experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage monthly Swiss payroll process and salary payments.
• Handle payroll changes: new joiners, leavers, salary adjustments, bonuses and allowances.
• Manage social insurance matters and withholding tax.
• Prepare year-end payroll activities and payroll data in HR systems.
• Support day-to-day HR administration from onboarding to departure.
