Job summary

SAP is seeking a Solution Advisor to lead advisory engagements in the Swiss insurance market, guiding clients from discovery through to adoption of SAP Autonomous Enterprise architectures. You will shape AI adoption paths, target architectures, and governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with sales, post-sales, and partners to drive value, expand the Swiss partner ecosystem, and mentor peers, leveraging TOGAF and LeanIX in daily work.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on complex insurance accounts and shaping architectural decisions.
• Fluent in German and English; strong stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution advisory engagements from discovery to adoption in the Swiss market.
• Define future-state architectures and AI adoption paths for SAP solutions.
