Job summary

Vontobel Asset Management AG in Zurich is seeking a Marketing Manager Switzerland to lead and translate business priorities into measurable campaigns across institutional, wholesale and intermediary clients. You will partner with sales to design market-driven programs, events and digital experiences that generate demand, accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, client engagement or commercial marketing.
Strong understanding of the Swiss financial services, asset management or wealth management landscape.
Proven track record of linking marketing investment to pipeline growth and business outcomes.
Proficient with CRM, marketing automation, campaign analytics and performance measurement (M365, Salesforce, MC Cloud, Snowflake, Power BI).
Fluent German and English; French is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Commercial growth & business partnership: develop and deliver market, segment and account-based marketing plans.
Own and optimize end-to-end client journeys across priority client segments with multi-channel campaigns.
Establish KPIs linked to pipeline creation, client engagement and growth; measure performance via analytics platforms.
Plan and execute proprietary client events, conferences and high-impact engagement opportunities.
