You’ll collaborate with Legal & Compliance, Group Finance and HR, coordinating with markets worldwide to drive accuracy and timely filings. You’ll prepare board and shareholder documents, support AGM activities, coordinate legalization and registrations, maintain reliable legal data, and assist with corporate transactions while driving

Qualifikationen

• Legal training or proven experience gained in Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss legal and corporate environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and execute corporate documents for board and shareholder meetings.
• Support Nestlé Annual General Meeting preparations.
• Coordinate legalization, notarization, apostille and ownership certification.
• Maintain share registers, legal entity data and digital records.
• Support corporate transactions including incorporations, liquidations and restructurings.
• Ensure compliance with stock exchange listing obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitization of legal processes.
