Zusammenfassung

Rayner in Heerbrugg, St Gallen, is seeking two SW Engineers to maintain and develop our software for Sophi, a wireless phacoemulsification machine, focusing on embedded C++ and real-time systems.

You will work on microcontroller systems, sensor/actuator integration, and develop tools in Python, collaborating with mechanical engineering. German language at C1 and English at B2+ are required; a degree in electronics/CS and 3+ years in C++/Linux are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree from a university of applied sciences or a university in electronics, electrical engineering or computer science.
• Strong bare-metal experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in development projects (programming in C++, Linux, etc).
• Fluent in spoken and written German (C1).
• Business proficiency in English (B2 or above).

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Close cooperation with mechanical development to optimize functionality and hardware packaging.
