Qualifications

Formal degree in logistics, SCM, food technology or related field.
Several years in supply chain management or logistics; process optimisation experience is a plus.
Experience managing sub-projects within complex programs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead challenging projects and sub-projects in supply chain management from analysis to implementation.
Analyse processes along the supply chain, identify optimisation opportunities and promote sustainability in collaboration with departments.
Contribute to cross-functional SCM projects from analysis to measures and finalisation.
Provide technical support to operations teams for development and implementation of improvements.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure clear communication within projects.
Facilitate change processes and support staff in implementing new solutions.
Work across sites and be prepared to work at various locations in Switzerland as required.
