Bell Food Group in Switzerland is seeking a skilled Purchasing professional to ensure raw produce availability, coordinate daily deliveries, and optimize supplier interactions to meet demand.

You will negotiate prices, obtain quotations, review invoices, and evaluate new suppliers while collaborating across departments. Fluency in German and English, a commercial qualification and purchasing training, and a proactive, structured mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional purchasing experience, ideally in the food sector.
• A commercial qualification and relevant purchasing training are essential.
• Reliable, capable of staying calm under pressure in hectic situations.
• Solution-oriented, able to contribute ideas and implement them.
• Motivated, performance-driven, and teamwork-focused.
• Independent, efficient, structured, with initiative and flexibility.
• Business-level German and good English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw produce availability and schedule daily deliveries per demand.
• Coordinate raw produce supply to Production; manage stock levels.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, check invoices, evaluate suppliers.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination.
• Negotiate with suppliers in German and English.
• Maintain accurate data and drive process improvements.
