Responsibilities

• Support the manager in day-to-day running of the department and help achieve objectives.
• Act as stand-in for the department manager in their absence.
• Check, monitor and update the department's key data, especially recipes and time-management data.
• Ensure optimal use of materials and raw ingredients per recipes and specifications.
• Monitor and maintain the department's specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee and manage procurement of raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
