Holcim seeks a world-class Process Data Scientist to solve sustainability-driven industrial challenges. You will design and deploy AI-powered solutions that optimize kiln and plant efficiency, reduce fuel use, and cut CO2 emissions across Holcim's Plants of Tomorrow.

You will lead model lifecycle, integrate with legacy systems, and collaborate with process engineers to ensure robust adoption and measurable impact. A strong ML background and experience in industrial settings are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in applied ML and data science for heavy industry process optimization.
• 2+ years’ experience productizing ML models in production (Cloud/EDGE).
• 2+ years’ experience in industrial change management and tech transfer.

Aufgaben

• Design hybrid ML algorithms combining physics and AI for kiln and plant optimization.
• Develop predictive soft sensors for real-time process variables.
• Build multi-variable target recommenders for control loops of kilns and equipment.
• Use time-series forecasting and probabilistic models to predict operational hazards.
