EY is seeking a high-performing Consultant to join the Climate Change and Sustainable Services team within Financial Services. Based in Geneva or Zurich, you will work on market-leading sustainability projects across banking, insurance, pensions, wealth management and private equity.

You will deliver regulatory and reporting engagements, develop commercial insights, and apply innovative methods to client contexts while collaborating across geographies and disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, environmental sciences or related fields.
• Internship or experiences within ESG, sustainable finance environment or climate risk, ideally focusing on advisory/consulting.
• Experience in non-financial information/ESG data, SDGs, GHG accounting, PCAF, or Life Cycle Analysis is a plus.
• Interest in ESG as it relates to financial services (banking, asset management, insurance, and/or private equity).
• Understanding of AI and its application to sustainability and finance.

• Delivery of projects on sustainability topics for financial services clients, including regulatory implementation and reporting.
• Create insights, adapt methodologies to client contexts, and contribute to thought leadership.
• Improve project efficiency and drive deliverables to completion with high quality.
• Collaborate with teams across disciplines to deliver multi-disciplinary work.
• Support development of EY capabilities in technical areas and client engagements.
• Engage with clients on applying methodologies to their business.
