ERM Swiss GmbH is seeking a motivated market-facing Consultant to join Central Europe’s Corporate Sustainability Service team as a Managing Consultant, focusing on business development and project management to deepen client relationships. The role is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a broad emphasis on environmental consulting, site investigation, and remediation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in contaminated site investigation and groundwater remediation.
• Experience in project coordination, budgeting, proposal preparation, and subcontractor management.
• Fluency in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Support the SI&R team in the investigation of contaminated sites and evaluation of restructuring strategies.
• Help clients develop targeted restructuring strategies and implement them.
• Take over management and coordination of projects: offers, budget control, invoicing, planning investigations, and subcontractor coordination.
• Join the team of experts for underground and groundwater remediation: variant studies, feasibility studies, remediation planning and monitoring.
• Participate in internal technical events and training; contribute to safety planning.
