Medartis is seeking a Digital Supply Chain Manager to drive our digitalization strategy across Supply Chain, IT and BI. You will own the end-to-end roadmap, coordinate stakeholders and shape the data architecture while delivering practical analytics solutions.

You will design and enhance Power BI reports and data models, translate operational needs into scalable digital tools, and lead automation initiatives in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain digitalization/analytics.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere is preferred.
• Strong Power BI data modelling and DAX skills.

• Act as the functional Supply Chain interface for SAP S/4HANA and data topics.

As Digital Supply Chain Manager, you will drive the digital development of our Supply Chain – from the strategic roadmap and future system and data landscape to the implementation of analytics and automation solutions.

Digital Supply Chain Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the end-to-end Supply Chain digitalization roadmap in close collaboration with Supply Chain, IT and Business Intelligence.
• Lead digitalization projects from requirements and solution design through implementation, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Shape the future Supply Chain system and data architecture and contribute to relevant system and architecture decisions.
• Own the SCM KPI and reporting framework, establishing consistent definitions and calculation logic as a reliable single source of truth.
• Design, develop and continuously improve Power BI reports and data models based on SAP Datasphere data products – with a clear hands-on responsibility.
• Translate business requirements from Supply Chain teams into practical digital, analytics and data solutions.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation, develop business cases and drive selected use cases into implementation.
• Act as the functional Supply Chain interface for SAP S/4HANA and data-related topics, contributing to analytics requirements and master data quality.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Around 3 years or more of relevant experience in Supply Chain digitalization, analytics or comparable transformation projects, including project management responsibility.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including data modelling and DAX, combined with a solid understanding of KPI frameworks and data analytics.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere as well as a good understanding of data structures; SQL and data pipeline knowledge are an advantage.
• Strong ability to understand Supply Chain processes and translate business needs into structured system, data and reporting solutions.
• Analytical and conceptual thinker with a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach and the willingness to work hands-on.
• Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively across Supply Chain, IT, BI, management and external partners.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
