Job summary

Cartier is seeking a senior data and project leader to own the supply chain product data domain. You will define data models, guide integration programs, and ensure governance across Cartier categories such as Watches, Jewelry, Accessories and Fragrances.

You will collaborate across the Maison, translate business needs into technical specs, and drive the roadmap from manufacturing to marketing. English and French fluency is required, with a Master’s in engineering or management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading data and project management in Agile and Waterfall.
• Able to lead a cross-functional project team of numerous contributors.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with SAP ERP data models or PLM/PIM/DAM.
• Strong communication and reporting to business teams and management.
• Curious, with a strong interest in new technologies (Agentic AI).

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap for the Supply Chain product data domain and define data standards.
• Gather, prioritize and align business requirements from stakeholders in Richemont and Cartier.
• Translate business requests into technical specifications and drive implementation.
• Define core data models in GCP to support operations and analytics.
• Act as Data Lead for systems integration across Cartier functions.
• Own and advance Data Completion and Quality initiatives across the Maison.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply Chain teams.

Your mission

You are accountable for the supply chain product data that powers Maison’s analytics. You structure its cloud data model, safeguard its quality and documentation, and lead integration projects across systems. You work across all Cartier categories: Watchmaking, Jewelry, Accessories and Fragrances.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management – Supply Chain Product Data

• Gather, prioritize and align business requirements from various stakeholders within Richemont and Cartier.
• Translate business requests into technical specifications.
• Define and drive the roadmap for the Supply Chain product data domain.
• Manage and contribute to functional testing and validation.
• Communicate on deliverables & support users in adopting the delivered models.
• Define and formalize the core Supply Chain Product data model in GCP to support Supply Chain Operations and business analytics.
• Define relevant KPIs for the Product Data Domain.

Systems integration

• Act as Data Lead for systems integration across all Cartier functions, ensuring data consistency and operational continuity.

Drive Master Data Projects

• Own and manage various initiatives to enhance Data Completion and Quality at the service of the Maison.
• Crunch Data and run deep analysis to pain point process deviation.
• Work closely with every function of the Maison, from Manufacturing to Marketing, including Purchasing and Supply Chain functions.

Your profile

Education

• Master in engineering or management school

Project management

• 5+ years of proven experience leading data and project Management, in both Agile and Waterfall setups.
• Able to lead a cross-functional project team of numerous contributors.

Skills

• SAP ERP Data models knowledge, or any other product data management tool (PLM, PIM, DAM…)
• Project Management methodologies
• Data management and governance
• Strong interest in product and data compliance (traceability, international regulations such as CITES, HS codes)
• Clear communication and reporting to business teams and management.
• Curious, with a strong interest in new technologies (Agentic AI )
