Job summary

Richemont is seeking a data and project leader to own the supply chain product data domain for Cartier, shaping its cloud data model on GCP and driving data governance across the Maison.

You will align business requirements, translate them into technical specs, and lead cross-functional teams from Manufacturing to Marketing to deliver scalable data solutions and KPI definitions.

Qualifications

• Master in engineering or management school.
• 5+ years leading data and project management in Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP data models or related product data tools (PLM, PIM, DAM).
• Strong data governance and compliance focus (traceability, regulations).
• Clear communication and reporting to business teams and management.
• Interest in new technologies (Agentic AI).
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prioritize and align business requirements from stakeholders within Richemont and Cartier.
• Translate business requests into technical specifications.
• Define and drive the roadmap for the Supply Chain product data domain.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply Chain across the Maison.

Your mission

You are accountable for the supply chain product data that powers Maison’s analytics. You structure its cloud data model, safeguard its quality and documentation, and lead integration projects across systems. You work across all Cartier categories: Watchmaking, Jewelry, Accessories and Fragrances.

Key responsibilities

Project Management – Supply Chain Product Data

Gather, prioritize and align business requirements from various stakeholders within Richemont and Cartier.

Translate business requests into technical specifications.

Define and drive the roadmap for the Supply Chain product data domain.

Manage and contribute to functional testing and validation.

Communicate on deliverables & support users in adopting the delivered models.

Define and formalize the core Supply Chain Product data model in GCP to support Supply Chain Operations and business analytics.

Define relevant KPIs for the Product Data Domain.

Systems integration

Act as Data Lead for systems integration across all Cartier functions, ensuring data consistency and operational continuity.

Drive Master Data Projects

Own and manage various initiatives to enhance Data Completion and Quality at the service of the Maison.

Crunch Data and run deep analysis to pain point process deviation.

Work closely with every function of the Maison, from Manufacturing to Marketing, including Purchasing and Supply Chain functions.

Your profile

Education

Master in engineering or management school

Project management

5+ years of proven experience leading data and project Management, in both Agile and Waterfall setups.

Able to lead a cross-functional project team of numerous contributors.

Skills

SAP ERP Data models knowledge, or any other product data management tool (PLM, PIM, DAM…)

Project Management methodologies

Data management and governance

Strong interest in product and data compliance (traceability, international regulations such as CITES, HS codes)

Clear communication and reporting to business teams and management.

Curious, with a strong interest in new technologies (Agentic AI )

Fluent in English and French
