Sika in Switzerland (Romanshorn) seeks a supplier quality professional to evaluate and develop injection molding suppliers, work with procurement and engineering to qualify new sources, and improve materials. You will analyze supplier data to identify trends and strategies for risk mitigation.

Travel to supplier sites will be 30%–50%, including internal and customer audits, to ensure quality performance and robust supplier management systems across the supply base.

• Evaluation and development of potential, new, and existing suppliers in the injection molding sector
• Analyze supplier data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for risk migration
• Coordination of internal and customer audits at supplier sites
• Responsibility for supplier complaint management
• Work closely with the procurement and the engineering team to assess and qualify new suppliers
• Support for the development and improvement of injection molding materials
• Responsible for overseeing and improving management systems and ensuring quality performance
• Visiting suppliers, involving 30% to 50% travel
