Dickinson Public Schools is now hiring for substitute teachers.

Location: District Wide

Salary: $21.00 per hour / $147 per day. Additional incentives are available.

Terms of Employment: Substitute teachers are on‑call employees who are potentially employed for the academic school year only (9 months). This is a non‑benefited position.

Requirements: Must hold a current ND Teaching License or ND Interim Substitute Teacher License. Please visit the NDESPB website for more info on obtaining licensure.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Maintain classroom discipline and carry out classroom procedures as if the student were the regular teacher.
• Follow lesson plans and instructions left by the classroom teacher.
• Ensure the safety of students.
• Other duties as assigned.
