BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG in Schönenbuch near Basel invites motivated students to join the Quality Management Assurance team as a Student Quality Systems & Customer Support (m/f/d) 40%.

You will support CSV projects, SOP creation, deviation handling, audits and general QMA tasks while contributing to continuous improvement in a global IVD company.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing studies in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or comparable).
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and a strong affinity for digital systems and software applications.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP) is an advantage.
• Very precise, exact, independent, and efficient working style; good communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Participation in Computer System Validation (CSV) projects and validation activities including test execution and documentation.
• Support in the creation and updating of SOPs, work instructions, and risk analyses.
• Assistance in handling deviations, root cause analyses, and CAPA measures.
• Support in preparing internal and external audits.
• Operational and administrative support of the Lead Managers QMA and Customer Support.
• Collaboration on projects for continuous process improvement in quality management.

In this role, you will support our team with operational and project-related tasks in quality assurance and complaint management. The focus is on documentation, validation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
