Adnovum AG is seeking a Working Student for Market Unit Coordination in Bern on a 60% basis. You will support the Unit Board and Team Leads in day-to-day operations, coordinating meetings, events and documentation while gaining insight into stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in a relevant field.
• Initial professional or extracurricular experience is an advantage.
• Fluent German and good English skills (B2 or higher)

Aufgaben

• Assist with administrative and coordination activities across the Market Unit.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, team events and offsites.
• Prepare presentations, reports, surveys, and meeting documentation.

• Coordinate appointments, schedules and logistical arrangements.
• Assist Learning and Development activities.
• Support office administration and workplace organization.
