Schindler Group is seeking a Working Student (m/w/d) in IT Application Support (50-60%) in Luzern. You will actively participate in managing and developing the current application portfolio, handling new requests, and overseeing end-to-end renewal processes.

You will advise CRD users, manage escalations, and collaborate with stakeholders across CRD, SIS, and operations to ensure smooth daily business. German and English proficiency are essential for effective communication.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Computer Science or Business IT.
• Demonstrates independent work, ownership, and reliability as a team player.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer focus.
• German and English proficiency (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Active involvement in application management: maintaining and developing the existing portfolio, handling new application requests, and managing end-to-end renewal processes.
• Advise and support CRD users; independently manage escalations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (CRD, SIS, and others) and support the operations team in day-to-day business.
• Create and maintain process documentation, instructions, checklists, and knowledge base articles.
• Analyse license usage to optimise the CTO application portfolio, and contribute to projects and requirements analysis.
