Genentech is seeking a Head of US Patient Safety to direct the strategic direction and operational performance of the PV system for the USA. You will partner with Genentech and IPS leadership to align priorities, governance, and performance across the organization.

The role requires an MD or life sciences degree with 12+ years in PV/clinical research, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles, plus extensive experience engaging with global health authorities.

Qualificações

• Medical degree or higher in life sciences (MD/PhD/PharmD/MSc).
• 12+ years in PV/clinical research with 7+ years in senior Patient Safety leadership.
• 7+ years of executive leadership coaching of large teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Affiliate Patient Safety strategy and IPS governance.
• Oversee local PV system for compliance and inspection readiness.
• Drive safety risk management and product launch readiness.
• Lead safety communications with healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders.
• Develop safety insights using data and real-world evidence.
• Provide leadership and talent development across US safety staff.
