Templeton & Partners seeks a Technical Business Analyst to join our Geneva-based Projects team. The role spans business processes, applications, data, migration and development, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT.

You will analyze software solutions, gather requirements, and contribute to data quality and testing strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational needs in a multilingual Swiss environment.

Qualifikationen

• University or higher-education degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as BA, PO or Application Manager.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of UML and/or BPMN process modelling.
• Experience specifying data migration requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear requirements.
• Good SQL knowledge and experience analyzing datasets.
• Experience developing and executing testing strategies.
• CBAP/IIBA-CBDA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social insurance is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze software solutions across business processes, data and user interfaces
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into business and technical specifications
• Participate in application configuration to ensure alignment with operational needs
• Define functional rules and requirements for data migration
• Contribute to data quality rules and data integrity initiatives
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Provide functional and business support to development teams
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT/development teams
• Define test objectives, prepare test cases and execute functional testing
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of applications and processes
