Pfizer is seeking a Senior Director to lead strategic technology initiatives across eight Digital Core Platforms. You will connect architecture, platform reuse, and executive priorities to accelerate delivery at global scale.

You will oversee a team of Senior Technical Architects, guide AI-enabled delivery, and ensure governance, security, and reliable execution across initiatives. Hybrid work location supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field with 12+ years of leadership in technology strategy or large-scale programs.
• Experience guiding technology direction, priorities, and measurable business outcomes for senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of modern engineering, cloud, data integration, AI-enabled delivery, security, and governance.

• Own the connected technology strategy across eight Digital Core Platforms and Pfizer enterprise standards.
• Ensure reusable platform alignment and clean integration across initiatives.
• Lead ELT-level AI programs, translating priorities into coordinated initiatives with clear owners and outcomes.
• Oversee Senior Technical Architects, balancing workload and maintaining architecture quality.
• Define AI-enabled delivery with governance, verification, and quality improvements.
• Set direction, communicate clearly, and build a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
• Establish reliability, security, and delivery governance across the portfolio.
