Pfizer seeks a Senior Director, Business Technology Strategy to unite business divisions with Digital, aligning divisional tech needs to eight Digital Core Platforms and standards. You will supervise Director-level specialists and ensure programs reuse shared capabilities, adhering to enterprise platforms.

You will chair the Architecture Review Board, shape divisional tech direction, and deliver faster, safer, and more reusable digital capabilities at global scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; 12+ years of leadership in technology strategy or large-scale delivery.
• Demonstrated experience aligning business-division technology needs and programs to enterprise platforms and standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop senior technical talent, including Director-level specialists.
• Experience partnering with senior business and Digital leaders on technology direction, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, digital standards, cloud platforms, data/integration patterns, AI-enabled delivery, security, and governance.

• Business Division Liaison: translate divisional priorities into aligned technology direction and platform adoption.
• Platform and Standards Alignment: drive reuse and clean integration with eight Digital Core Platforms.
• Divisional Program Alignment: ensure divisional projects align to enterprise platforms and standards.
• Technical Specialist Team Leadership: oversee Director-level specialists, ensure coverage and quality.
• ARB Leadership: chair or co-lead reviews, uphold standards, align major decisions to enterprise strategy.
• Leadership, Communication, Organization: provide clear direction and coordinate cross-divisional work.
• Governance and Delivery Assurance: uphold digital standards, reliability, security, and documentation.
