Zusammenfassung

EFG International AG is seeking a motivated Business Risk Manager for the PB COO BRM team in Zurich. The role focuses on executing BRM controls for Investment Solutions, documenting results, and ensuring timely remediation of risk-related issues.

You will contribute to RSCA work, coordinate with regional/global BRM colleagues, and report on the internal control environment while collaborating with Compliance and Audit functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Experience in Financial & Audit Industry, Risk Control & Compliance.
• Strong data analysis and programming in Python/SQL/R; Bloomberg Terminal experience.

Aufgaben

• Execute BRM controls on Investment Solutions monthly/quarterly with precise documentation.
• Prepare IS RSCA and IS BRM control reports.
• Ensure remediation of identified control NOKs and risk actions in a timely manner.
• Contribute to annual IS risk and control self-assessment (RSCA) and ad hoc reviews.
• Collaborate with Regional and Global PB BRM for robust 1st line of defense.
