Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG seeks a Revenue Growth Manager (m/f/d) to lead the Revenue Growth Management strategy within the Commercial Team. You will translate plans into actionable initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth, improve revenue quality, and maximize ROI while leading the RGM team.

You will align with National Accounts, Channel Marketing and Field, track key metrics, and standardise reporting to create a competitive advantage in a growing consumer goods business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7 years of work experience with a proven track record.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Revenue Growth Management strategy across the Commercial Function.
• Lead the design and implementation of RGM initiatives and track ROI.
• Coach and develop the RGM team to build capabilities and performance.
• Create clear customer growth plans with top customers to drive category growth.
