Job summary

coni + partner AG in Zurich seeks a Relationship Manager for External Asset Managers to manage and grow an EAM client portfolio. You will provide tailored investment solutions in collaboration with Advisory and Research, and coordinate with Risk Management and IT for optimized service.

The role requires a proven track record with EAM clients, a sales mindset, and fluency in German and English. You will uphold compliance standards and lead client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

• HF/Bachelor/Master in Banking & Finance is required/university degree.
• AZEK/CFA/CWMA certification is preferred.
• Solid experience serving EAM clients is essential.
• Proven track record building new client relationships.
• Sales-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial thinking.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and portfolios.
• Fluency in German and English; strong service orientation.
• Excellent MS Office skills and IT proficiency.
• High integrity, commitment and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support external asset managers (EAM) as Account Manager.
• Independently manage and expand an EAM client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Advisory, Research, Risk Management and IT for solutions.
• Review and monitor client orders and credit lines.
• Maintain high service standards for sustainable relationships.
• Onboard new EAM clients and promote services.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, MiFID and cross-border rules.
• Plan and deliver training sessions as needed.
