Medartis AG in Basel, Switzerland, invites applications for a Pricing and National Accounts Coordinator to optimize data management, pricing accuracy and reporting across the national accounts network. You will support vendor setup, maintain client data in SAP, and collaborate with internal teams to drive efficient pricing, invoicing and rebates while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in data management, reporting, or business operations.
• Experience with SAP systems and pricing/invoicing processes.
• Knowledge of data quality best practices and governance.
• Familiarity with healthcare or orthopaedic sectors is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Vendor Setup Support: provide precise vendor setup information to client hospitals and sales reps.
• Client Account Management: maintain client data in SAP including pricing, discounts, rebates, invoicing, and credits.
• Data Quality Assurance: ensure accuracy and integrity of the Client Master and related datasets.
• Pricing and Compliance: verify, update and manage pricing per National Accounts requirements.
• Client Relationships: build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Reporting and Insights: develop, review and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
• Data Management: extract data from multiple databases, perform cleaning and validation.
• Self-Auditing: review own work to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Education and Experience: High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in related roles.
