Zusammenfassung

Hyperscale Power GmbH is building the power backbone for AI data centers, developing a complete power conversion chain and partnering with key suppliers and contractors. The Partner Manager will own strategic technology and supply partnerships end to end, from deal structuring to ongoing relationship management, reporting to the CTO and leadership team.

You will enable scale from Alpha readiness to volume shipments, shaping the partner ecosystem and driving joint roadmaps, while collaborating

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships, alliance management, business development, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in semiconductors, power electronics, or hardware technology.
• Track record of structuring and closing complex commercial or technology agreements.
• Ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineering and component/technology partners.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Own strategic technology and supply partnerships from concept to closure.
• Establish joint development partnership structures, licensing scopes and SOWs.
• Drive joint roadmaps and cadence with partners and internal teams.
• Manage relationships to meet technical specs, quality and delivery commitments.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor performance with Ops leadership.
• Support go-to-market and channel partnerships in adjacent segments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal on agreements.
• Map the partner ecosystem and escalation paths for key partners.
• Contribute to business and partnership strategy, focusing on core know-how.
