Qualifikationen

• Experience mentoring Operations Partners and leading workforce planning.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders to co-create solutions and execute satisfaction frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end work intake with a comprehensive resource overview and prioritization of high-value work.
• Shape and execute Operations strategies using data, digital tools, and AI to evolve services.
• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning, capability development, and upskilling initiatives.
• Drive high-performance organization processes including calibration, succession planning, hiring, onboarding, and service delivery quality.
