DXC Luxoft seeks a senior Murex Transformation and Delivery Leader to drive a strategic, multi-phase Murex implementation for commodities and financial carbon hedging. Phase 1 uses Murex for Front Office trading and risk, with Phase 2 expanding to system-of-record status and downstream integrations with SAP, Quantum, FX Manager, EDMS, and reporting.

The role requires 15+ years in Capital Markets tech delivery, with 10+ years in large Murex programs and proven leadership of multi-million-dollar

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of Capital Markets, Treasury or Commodities technology delivery experience.
• 10+ years leading large-scale Murex transformation programmes.
• Proven leadership of multi-million-dollar trading platform implementations.
• Experience delivering commodity trading and risk management solutions.
• Strong understanding of Front Office, Risk, Operations and Finance functions.
• Experience leading global teams across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial and contractual management expertise.
• Experience running SteerCos and executive governance forums.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the overall solution architecture for the DXC Murex implementation scope.
• Define target-state architecture across Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Reporting and Data Management.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance.
• Review and approve design decisions across delivery streams.
• Serve as primary architectural counterpart for Enterprise Architecture and integration vendors.
• Own delivery accountability for the DXC Murex implementation.
• Support SteerCo governance and executive reporting and escalation processes.
• Ensure alignment of Phase 1 and Phase 2 objectives and delivery.
