Trust In SODA is seeking a senior Delivery Lead / Lead Solution Architect to drive a Murex transformation in a hybrid Switzerland setting. You will own the end-to-end design, collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance and Data teams, and guide senior stakeholders through to go-live and post-go-live support.

The role requires deep Murex expertise, a strong track record in capital markets and commodities, and a proven ability to manage multi-location teams and third-party vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' Murex experience across major transformations.
• 15+ years' experience in Capital Markets, Commodities, Treasury or related fintech.
• Strong architecture & systems integration background with senior leadership.

• Lead delivery of a large-scale Murex transformation programme from design through to go-live and hypercare.

Murex Delivery Lead / Lead Solution Architect - Murex Transformation - Relocation Available

Location: Switzerland - Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week

We're supporting a major transformation programme for a leading commodities organisation, seeking a Delivery Lead / Lead Solution Architect with strong Murex and commodities trading experience.

You'll take senior ownership of the end-to-end Murex transformation, working across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Data and Enterprise Integration.

The Role-

• Lead delivery of a large-scale Murex transformation programme from design through to go-live and hypercare.
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture and ensure alignment across business and technology workstreams.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology.

What We're Looking For-

• Strong understanding of commodity trading, derivatives and CTRM.
• Proven experience leading complex Murex implementations or transformations.
• Strong Solution Architecture and systems integration background.
• Experience working across Front Office, Risk, Operations and Finance.
• Proven senior stakeholder and programme leadership experience.
• Experience managing large, multi-location teams and third-party vendors.
