Trust In SODA is seeking a senior Delivery Lead / Lead Solution Architect to drive a Murex transformation in a hybrid Switzerland setting. You will own the end-to-end design, collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance and Data teams, and guide senior stakeholders through to go-live and post-go-live support.

The role requires deep Murex expertise, a strong track record in capital markets and commodities, and a proven ability to manage multi-location teams and third-party vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' Murex experience across major transformations.
• 15+ years' experience in Capital Markets, Commodities, Treasury or related fintech.
• Strong architecture & systems integration background with senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of a large-scale Murex transformation programme from design through to go-live and hypercare.
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture and ensure alignment across business and technology workstreams.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology.
• Lead programme governance, delivery planning, RAID management and executive reporting.
• Oversee integrations, data migration, reconciliation, SIT, UAT and production deployment.
• Coordinate Murex teams, technology partners and third-party vendors.
• Support the transition towards Murex becoming the strategic system of record.
