Zusammenfassung

IBSA Institut Biochimique SA is seeking an IT Category Manager to lead the end-to-end procurement strategy for software, hardware and IT services. You will champion a TCO-driven approach, aligning IT sourcing with IBSA's digital transformation agenda and working closely with ET&T leadership.

You will manage RFI/RFP processes, negotiate contracts and SLAs, and ensure risk-controlled vendor relationships across a multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in IT category management in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record managing complex IT contracts (software licensing, cloud services, hardware).
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in large-scale vendor negotiations.
• Solid understanding of IT market dynamics and licensing models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS).
• Experience with P2P platforms and e-procurement tools; Jaggaer is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian; French or German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT category strategy covering software (licences, SaaS, ERP), hardware and IT consulting/services.
• Lead competitive tender processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for IT categories in line with policy.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, pricing structures and TCO considerations.
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments and exit strategies; ensure data security and GDPR compliance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key IT suppliers; monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
