Chain IQ is seeking a Sourcing IT professional to join our global Procurement team in Zürich, CH. You will support IT, software, hardware, and infrastructure sourcing, with a focus on strategic initiatives and value creation.

We require 5–10 years in procurement or sourcing, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and fluency in English plus German or French. This role offers exposure to international clients within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Law, Technology, or Procurement).
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex topics.
• Analytical mindset and ability to structure recommendations.

• Lead and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives across IT, software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Support stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with partners.
• Prepare tenders, analyze proposals, and participate in negotiations.

• Assist in contract negotiations with senior team members.
• Design sourcing strategies and monitor supplier performance.
