Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a senior Business Insights & Foresights Leader to guide enterprise decisions through integrated BI, analytics, and predictive foresight.

You will partner with Marketing, Commercial teams, and Finance to translate data into strategic narratives that drive growth and resilience. This role focuses on establishing KPI frameworks, forecasting narratives, and scenario planning to enable decision-making at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business insights, strategy, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and commercial teams.
• Strong experience integrating quantitative performance data with qualitative market signals.
• Demonstrated success in scenario planning, strategic analysis, and foresight creation.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Trained and experienced workshop facilitator.
• Highly creative and willing to challenge traditional thinking.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern enterprise KPI frameworks for consistency and decision relevance.
• Deliver performance intelligence: explain changes, reasons, and implications.
• Develop executive dashboards and scorecards tied to priorities.
• Partner with Finance, Demand Management, Sales, and Marketing to enhance forecast narratives.
• Lead structured trend, signal, and risk tracking across macroeconomic, regulatory, and market domains.
• Develop scenarios and future outlooks to inform portfolio strategy and multi-year planning.
• Build and maintain early-warning systems with triggers and playbooks.
• Translate uncertainty into strategic options robust across scenarios.
