Glencore is seeking an HR Project Manager to join Group HR – Baar. You will scope, plan and drive strategic and hands-on talent projects with stakeholders across the organisation.

You will gather data, shape insights, develop governance, and deliver projects on time and within budget, while enabling change management and ensuring value for Glencore. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in management consulting or organisational development, strong analytical and presentation skills, and proficiency

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Management Consulting or Organisational Development.
• Collaborating with a broad range of HR and business stakeholders to scope and deliver project outcomes.
• Designing and implementing global processes for Organisational Development topics.
• Ability to bring structure to complex problems and shape options.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with HR and business stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Conduct data gathering and analysis to shape insights for projects and HR reporting.
• Develop and maintain the approach, tools and guidance for core talent processes.
• Coordinate delivery of core talent processes such as performance management and succession planning.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and change management activities.
• Facilitate working sessions and governance to ensure engagement and accountability.
