Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Oversee employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll and social insurance.
• Advise and support employees and team leads on HR matters and maintain HR processes.
• Contribute to HR controlling and reporting; monitor compliance and risks.
• Drive HR roadmap implementation and optimize existing HR processes.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and train on HR processes and tools.
