Job summary

You will develop publication strategies, lead planning across abstracts, manuscripts, and congress materials, collaborate with Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation, and Global/Regional Market Access, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or healthcare discipline.
• 6+ years in biopharmaceutical industry or related field.
• 3+ years in scientific publications/publication planning in a global matrix.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical trial design, biostatistics, and data reporting.
• Knowledge of publication practices, authorship, disclosure, and reporting guidelines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute publication strategies aligned with medical strategy and evidence plans.
• Lead publication planning and delivery: abstracts, manuscripts, congress presentations, summaries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Ensure publication quality and compliance with standards and disclosure practices.
• Create reusable evidence resources and derivative content.
• Apply AI-enabled technologies to improve planning and content development.
• Monitor publication performance and incorporate insights into plans.
• Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and risk; mentor others.
