You will drive transversal strategic initiatives, explore new revenue opportunities, and manage partnerships and M&A for a leading European post-trade infrastructure provider. You will translate strategy into execution across product verticals, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure alignment with clients and market dynamics.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive strategy and leadership experience in financial market infrastructures or capital markets.
• Strong execution focus translating strategy into actionable priorities and delivering large-scale initiatives.
• Deep industry expertise in post-trade services, market infrastructure dynamics, and regulation.
• Experience in partnerships and inorganic growth including business case development and integration.
• Fluent in English with German considered a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Drive strategic execution by translating BSS strategy into roadmaps with disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities across clearing, custody, securities finance, and value-added services.
• Lead partnerships and M&A initiatives from evaluation to integration.
• Advise senior leadership with strategic insights, business cases and performance monitoring.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across business units and strengthen SIX’s positioning with clients.
