Tethys Robotics AG in Switzerland is seeking a driven sales professional to scale our underwater robotics solutions for defense, maritime security, and offshore energy. You will own the full sales cycle, run field demos and customer visits, negotiate contracts, and help shape go-to-market strategies with our engineering and biz teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of customer-facing experience in B2B sales or consulting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build trust.
• Technical understanding of complex systems, ideally robotics or maritime tech.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM processes.
• Fluent in professional English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure deals cross the finish line.
• Represent our technology at customer visits, online meetings, and trade shows.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and gather market insights.
• Co-develop go-to-market and partner strategies with the biz team and management.
• Develop tailored proposals in close collaboration with engineering and biz teams.
