Tethys Robotics AG, based near the Zurich area, develops innovative underwater robotics solutions for subsea inspection and mission-critical operations. We are entering an exciting phase of international growth and seek a driven, well-connected professional to scale our presence in defence, maritime, and offshore sectors.

You will open doors in the defense ecosystem, turn your network into qualified leads, and help shape go-to-market and partner strategies with the biz and engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• Existing connections between key buyers and decision-makers in defence primes or NATO/related entities.
• 5+ years of proven customer-facing experience in consulting, project management, B2B sales, or similar roles with complex products.
• Background in project management or technical consulting; sector fluency required.
• Experience presenting and explaining complex technical products to non-expert decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• Co-develop go-to-market and partner strategies with the biz team and management (resellers, agencies, distributors).
• Develop tailored proposals in close collaboration with engineering and biz teams.
