• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for MRO and Lifecycle Management categories.
• Partner with business leaders to identify spend opportunities and drive cost savings and working capital improvements.
• Lead RFQ processes, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate agreements for implementation.
• Manage and negotiate framework agreements with key suppliers and monitor performance.
• Benchmark pricing and practices across OEMs, distributors, and service providers.
• Leverage global procurement capabilities to maximize value across the category portfolio.
• Collaborate with Global Technical teams to define maintenance strategies and supplier selection.
• Establish category objectives aligned with AB InBev targets.
• Lead supplier business reviews and foster partnerships that drive innovation and service excellence.
• Coordinate communications across global procurement and maintenance networks.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality sourcing projects and monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders throughout project execution and resolve escalations.
• Improve sourcing methodologies and processes using best practices.
• Provide market insights on dynamics, cost drivers, and trends.
• Develop market intelligence tools and analytical frameworks.
• Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and identify opportunities in new technologies and markets.
• Advise stakeholders on category trends and opportunities.
• Design and maintain strategic category plans and capture sourcing best practices.
• Build expertise in complex categories to support growth and operations.
• Lead initiatives to optimize spare parts management and analytics across global operations.
• Drive inventory analytics and governance for spare parts and related platforms.
• Support digital inventory initiatives and data quality improvements in SAP TAM repositories.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to pilot optimization solutions.
• Support expansion of Zone Engineering Centers and Reliability Centers via improved sourcing strategies.
• Define spare parts approaches for capital projects with Global Engineering SMEs.
• Conduct site visits and continuous improvement activities for inventory and procurement.
