Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance with 8+ years of financial accounting experience.
• English and German languages a must (Swiss German a plus).
• Specialized knowledge in both US GAAP and Swiss GAAP accounting, along with a good working knowledge of local Swiss taxes and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Own US GAAP and Swiss GAAP reporting for the Switzerland-based legal entity.
• Coordinate and manage month-end closing processes, including preparation of trial balance for HFM submission and reporting.
• Support reviews and analytics on balance sheet results and deep-dive reconciliation reviews.
• Annual preparation of statutory financial statements, including statutory to US GAAP reconciliation and coordination of the external audit.
• Maintain internal controls documentation and drive remediation of deficiencies.
