Zusammenfassung

Aenova Group is seeking a Finance Director for Cluster RoW to lead finance across Switzerland, Romania and the U.S. You will report to the Group CFO and local Managing Director, guiding budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision support.

The role is based at Swiss sites in Sisseln or Kirchberg and requires hands-on leadership across Controlling, Accounting and Finance operations. We seek an accomplished finance executive with 10+ years of multi-site experience, strong SAP and FP&A skills, and

• Serve as local Head of Finance and member of Kirchberg St Gallen Leadership Team (approx. 25–50% capacity, on-site several days)
• Act as Finance Business Partner to Cluster Operations Head and Plant Leadership Teams
• Co-own P&L, manage performance of four sites (Switzerland, Romania, U.S.)
• Perform analyses to generate insights on costs, productivity, profitability and working capital
• Partner to Group CFO, provide strategic decision support
• Develop controlling standards, tools and data quality with Group Controlling
• Lead a €50m+ investment program with business case development and tracking
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning linking operations to strategy
• Foster a performance-driven culture and robust risk controls

• Serve as local Head of Finance and member of the Kirchberg St Gallen Leadership Team (approx. 25\u005C\u005C\u005C\u005C-50% capacity, requiring several days per week on\u005C\u005C\u005C\u005C-site)
• Act as Finance Business Partner to Cluster Operations Head (and Plant Leadership Teams) with overall cluster responsibility
• Co\u005C\u005C\u005C\u005C-own P\u005C&L, mange performance of the four sites in the cluster (Switzerland, Romania, U.S.)
• Perform analyses to generate insights and develop actions including cost structures, productivity, product profitability, and working capital
• Serve as partner to the Group CFO, provide strategic decision support
• Further develop controlling standards, tools, and data quality in close collaboration with Group Controlling
• Lead a \u005C\u005C\u005C&>€50m investment program, including business case development and post\-investment tracking
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mid\u005C\u005C\u005C\u005C-term planning, ensuring a strong link between operational reality and strategic objectives
• Foster a performance\u005C\u005C\u005C\u005C-driven and continuous improvement culture across operations
• Establish robust controls and mange risks
• Lead a Swiss and Romanian team across controlling, accounting, and related functions
• Dual reporting line: Reports directly to the Group CFO (cluster mandate) as well as to the local Managing Director (as Head of Finance Kirchberg)

Your profile

• 10\u005C\u005C\u005C\u005C+ years of experience in operational finance, most recently as Finance Director or VP Operations Finance
• Proven hands\-on expertise in plant and production controlling across multiple sites, combined with a strong strategic perspective
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results and driving change
• Background in management consulting (strategy or operations\-focused) is a plus, particularly with exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience in pharma, consumer goods, or industrial/high\-volume manufacturing preferred
• Degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field from a leading university, good academic credentials
• Good expertise in controlling, FP\&A, accounting, and finance processes and systems (e.g. SAP)
• Highly analytical, pragmatic, and results\-driven with a clear bias for execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English, Romanian would be a plus
• The role is located at one of our Swiss sites in Sisseln (Basel area) or Kirchberg (St Gallen area)
